Alliance FC invites you to the 2009 Battle by the Bay Tournament on September 26-27. This tournament Hosts the best talent in Northern California and this year will be no different. Battle by the Bay is a premier division 1 event for U9-U13 teams. This tournament is approved and sanctioned by US Club Soccer and will be played through out the beautiful city of Union City, CA.
In 2008 we had over 128 Division 1 teams apply and this year will be no different given all the emails and phone calls we have received. Thank you for your interest in our tournament. We hope that you will find Battle by the Bay an enjoyable event and you return to year after year!

Eligibility: Teams must be rostered under US Club Soccer. All players have a current player pass or equivalent national association and medical release.
Format:
U9, U10 & U11 - 8V8
U12 & U13 - 11v11
Each team will play a minimum of three games.
Awards:
Trophies will be given to first, second & third place teams along with coaches.

Please note: Filling out the tournament applications form does not guarantee tournament acceptance. All applications need to have all five sections (Important Info, Payment received, Team contact Info, Player Info and Team History) fully completed to be considered. Once your team has been accepted and has paid the entry fee refunds will not be given. Teams can petition for a refund via email to tournaments@alliancefcsoccer.org. The Tournament Directors will consider if adequate notice was given to find another team and determine if any administrative expenses have been incurred. Alliance FC reserves the right to apply an administrative fee ($50) should a refund be granted.
Tournament Check In -
Tournament Headquarters and Check in will be held on Friday September 25, 2009 at the Courtyard Newark Silicon Valley (Time TBD), PLAYERS ARE NOT REQUIRED. Please bring US Club Soccer rosters, all medical insurance release forms for players, laminated player passes, travel papers (if applicable).
Teams must check in a half hour before each scheduled game with the Fiels Marshall (PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED).
